Small change in the Go To Page dialog

Please consider this:

Allow the user to select a page without having to select the “Select target page from list” radio button.

That means that the list should be enabled even though that the “Select target page from list” radio button is not selected.

When selecting a page in the list the radio button should automatically be selected.

I would prefer the list to be default selected as I rarely use the Page Index, but maybe other user’s do the opposite. What are your thoughts on this?
