Unable to edit custom element after adding to new Category

To replicate:

1. Create custom element

2. Click Manage Categories.

3. Select category (in this case my own new one)

4. Add custom element to category

5. Dismiss Manage Categories window

6. None of the hover buttons that appear over a custom element can be clicked

Have to restart ForeUI to re-enable them.
