Bug_0141: Copying page allocates duplicated element ids

This bug is reported by zideshowbob via twitter. It is serious bug that must be fixed ASAP:

The duplicate page feature can not work correctly for now, it will allocate duplicated id for same type of elements.

This bug exists from V2.00
