Add a widget library feature

The custom widget feature is nice. However, I have dozens of customized widgets I’d like to use but adding them would be unwieldy due to the number (and the fact that custom widgets are not project specific).

So, would it be possible to allow for a simple library feature where custom widgets could be managed under?

for ex: Custom Widget Library 1

This would contain all of my custom widgets. From a technical standpoint, this would merely be a subdirectory where all of the widgets for that library would be stored.

Make sense?
