Tried to install the “UI Theme Editor ” both from within the UI and from the browser. When installing from within ForeUI I am getting a message “Plugin is not installed ” . When installing form the browser I am extracting the zipped file and place the content to the plugin directory of ForeUI. However ForeUI does not recognnize the plugin when trying to start the “UI Theme Editor”. it is asking me to download it. That of copurse is not successful as explained before.

Hi Avigdor,
It may not be relevant but please run ForeUI as administrator when you wish it to download and install plugin. ForeUI will ask for the privileges when you run it, please grant that.
Do you have direct access to the Internet, or you need to go through a proxy server? If you need proxy, you should also specify the proxy in ForeUI’s setting window:
If you want to download and install the plugin manually, please make sure to the directory structure is correct:
If you still could not figure out, please send us the log file for checking. The log file can be found in (userDir)/.foreui/logs, where (userDir) is the home directory of you system user.

Thank you very much for the detailed answer. What helped eventually is adding the UiThemeEditor Directory under the plugging directory. Previously I just extracted the plugin files in the plugin directory. -
