In making my own custom library, I noticed that ForeUI currently does not allow standard widgets such as buttons with icons, forms and tables to be included as a custom element.
I’ve found that adding an icon and sizing a button the way I like it makes it unique and custom. However, the only way I can currently added such a button as a custom element is to add an invisible object to it. Then, ForeUI will allow me to pack it.

Actually that is not true… ForeUI treats all widgets in the same way and you should be able to pack any element (such as button, table, list etc.) as a custom element. Could you try that again? If you can not pack a button with icon as custom element, that must be a bug. We will appreciate your help if you could list the steps to reproduce the bug.
This happened on version 2.37, I will try to replicate in 2.40. If I can, I will report it as a bug.
Thanks.
