It is not possible to select default font for control text, and the option to set the default font in the settings page was gone.
Instead, all controls works with Arial font by default

From 3.0, the default font of a plot is initially defined by the UI theme, so Hand drawing theme uses “Comic Sans MS” and others use “Arial”.
You can change the default font of the plot by clicking the “Plot Settings” button at bottom toolbar. You will see the default selection of default font is “<Comply with UI Theme>”, this means it will take default font from UI theme, you can change it to any other font, thus it will not respect the default font suggested by UI theme.
