getting this error during installation: the application failed to start because framedyn.dll was not found

after a few attempts it appears to have started now

“framedyn.dll” is a system dll, and ForeUI assumes the system has it. If the system complain the dll is missing, try to copy it from “windowssystem32wbem” to “windowssystem32”.
