ForeUI Will “Save” to Empty Directories

I had lost a lot of my work on a project due to the program saving to a file path that no longer existed.

This is partly my fault, since I had reorganized my files while I had been editing my ForeUI plot. The program allowed my continued ignorance, as it would remove the asterisk from the file name after every time i hit “Save”

I would like to request that the program checks that the file is actually saved, that the filepath is valid, and/or creates the filepath and saves the file if the directory has gone missing.
