Hidden elements gets visible when you close a window

1. Create a window

2. Put a rectangle inside the window and make the rectangle invisible

3. Run it in simulation and close the window by clicking the X icon in the top corner.

Now the window closes as expected, but the hidden rectangle is suddenly visible.
