Make window size of element picker sticky.

If you are working on a big screen and have to do a lot of element picking, it’s not pleasant that the element picker window opens every time on the same (too small) size (see http://www.cygno.com/remco/20090821_F…. For every action that I’m working on I either have to scroll or resize the window. It would be nice if the window size was sticky – I have a big screen and I would like to use it.
