Some users reported that their ForeUI V3.0 RC (V3.004) can not launch. After checking we confirm this will happen when network is not available. ForeUI tries to check new resource from online store, however the network error should not halt the launching process.
We have fixed this problem and updated the files on our website. If you meet the same problem, please download and install the new file (just install to the same directory will be ok). We are sorry for the inconvienience.

If you download or update to V3.0 RC after GMT 17:00 on Auguest 8th 2012, you would not meet the problem above.
