I cannot access ForeUI Store, although I have set up the proxy settings properly.
In my company we also have to sign on the proxy with each web browser (for security reasons). In ForeUI I am not asked for username and password of our proxy.
Is there any workaround available?

You can use the web version of ForeUI store: http://www.foreui.com/store/
After downloading the elements (.fce or .fcl files). You can load them into your element panel via the button on bottom:
