Undo history flooded by opacity slider

If you use the opacity slider, for each slide (click, slide, release) it adds a whole lot of opacity changes to the undo history instead of just one.

That kills the undo functionality, since almost the whole history gets filled with opacity undo actions.

It would be great if there was just one undo level for each mouse release event.
